4HRPOA Annual Assessment Per Parcel: $236.00
Reference to dues: The Board voted in March 2013 to increase dues by $10 (approximately 4.4%) for each Property Owner effective for 2014 in order to fund the increasing costs of roads maintenance and improvements. The last increase was in 2009. An annual dues increase by the Association, not to exceed 20%, is allowable per A.R.S § 33-1803.

Reference to late and collection fees: October 14, 2006 Board Meeting Minutes Note on Late Fees: Late fees will be assessed on each lot according to Arizona Revised Statues (which take precedence over CC&R’s). A.R.S. § 33-1803 states that a late fee in the amount of 10% or $15.00 whichever is greater can be assessed each month that dues are late. A $50.00 collection fee (per year) will also be assessed after dues have gone delinquent for three months and any additional legal fees may be sought. The Board will continue to follow the guidelines as per A.R.S. (including any changes to the specific statute; http://www.azleg.state.az.us for more information).
